Its a dam, a big wall across the valley. Malaysia has a water shortage and the reservoir was less than 40% full. You can walk up the steps in the centre of the dam and get a view down to the sea but thats about it there is not much else to see, its a dam. Oh and its in Penang so it will be hot.
