Muzium Nelayan Tanjung Balau is the only museum in Malaysia dedicated to the civilization and heritage of the traditional fishing community. Located along the scenic beachfront of Tanjung Balau in Kota Tinggi, Johor, it was established in 1992 on the site of a former fishing village to preserve the maritime history and cultural traditions of the region
