Komtar is adjacent City Square, a redevelopment of an earlier complex and now features a bazaar, eateries, lifestyle-centric outlets, an indoor children playground and a minimart. Not as large as its neighbor but nevertheless offering alternate shopping g and dining experiences with access to Skyscape. Definitely worth more than one visit.
