Absolutely amazing food outside the Chill Night restaurant. There is a food cart here that’s serves delicious food, a bit of a line but fantastic food experience. There is a bit of a line but worth the wait. As they say long line of locals means great food. We had the 2 x braised chicken with soy egg and kway chow soup two drinks for the low price of RM19. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Penang.
