Joo Hong Chan (裕丰栈咸蛋行) is a70-year-old traditional salted duck egg factory in Kuala Kurau, Perak, Malaysia, established in 1950. Led by third-generation owner Tan Swee Lee, it specializes in traditional mud-cured salted eggs and century eggs using 100% natural ingredients. They are highly regarded for their “gooey” century eggs and traditional production methods.
