Tricky access with all the construction projects surrounding but eventually the taxi arrived. 25-ringgit entry for tourists. The temple was established in 1922 , rebuilt and opened in 1996. Between 2008/9 the building was transformed with 95% of its walls, ceiling and pillars covered with stained glass mirrors and a mosiac of of varying sizes imported from Thailand, Japan and Belgium. There is an impressive gopuram above the entrance, while the interior showcases ten sculptures near the ceiling and depicting the Cycle of Life. Various other statues and images of deities are installed throughout the temple including a statue or Jesus Chris which I though unusual for a Hindu place of worship. The temple is dedicated to the Goddess Rajakaliamman, revered as the goddess of time, change and empowerment in Hinduism
