Situated in the heart of the city, the Arumikula Maryamman Temple is the oldest Hindu temple in the region, built in 1911 to serve local Hindu believers. The temple buildings and high tower engravings are magnificent and colorful, and quite visible. Non-Hindu visitors can also visit the building as long as they comply with the rules.
